Delays/ Lost in Delivery & Other Taxes /fees

Modmod offers a simple and easy return service. Simply post the goods to be returned in original, unused condition.


Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for Asia orders and 28 days for international orders. Please allow up to 5 business days for in-house processing. Returns received after 28 days of order arrival will not be accepted. Returned items must HAVE NOT BEEN USED, WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. All returns must include original packaging.
